If you’ve found your way to my website, chances are, you’re curious. Perhaps you’re curious about yourself, about your potential, about what lies beyond your current challenges. And that curiosity is a powerful thing.

But let me pose a question back to you: Is there a better version of you?

It’s a question worth pondering. Not because there’s anything inherently wrong with who you are right now, but because there’s always room for growth, for improvement, for becoming more aligned with your true self.

  • You want better communication between you and your partner.

  • You want to have more intimacy in your life.

  • You believe there’s more to life, than you and your partner simply taking each other for granted.

  • You’d like to have better relationships with friends and work colleagues.

  • You want to be set clearer boundaries.

And let’s be honest, most of the time, you just want to feel at ease and comfortable in your own skin.

So, yes, there is a better version of you. And together, we can embark on a journey to discover and nurture that version. It’s a journey of self-discovery, of healing, and of transformation.

Thank you for taking this step, for allowing curiosity to guide you here. I’m here to support you every step of the way.

When we know ourselves, what our triggers are, why we get stressed and the things to put in place to reduce stress we can then understand how to emotionally regulate. This in turn will reduce heated conflict with our partners. When we increase communication with our partner, talk about what is going on at work, in our life's, it helps us understand each and be more empathetic.
Some techniques include meditation, breathing techniques, setting aside time to have conversations, exercise together, relaxing bath together, massage each other or get out in nature.
With our kids Emotional invalidation prevents kids from learning how to manage their emotions. When we teach kids to identify their emotions, and we remain calm to provide the space to assist them to emotionally regulate. Give them a framework that helps explain how they feel, which makes it easier for them to deal with those emotions in a socially appropriate way. #emotionalregulation #endviolence #stressmanagement #breathwork
Tuesday relationship tip💋Plan your month on a whiteboard together, include work commitments, late nights, who is preparing dinner, appointments, date night, kids activities, exercise, cleaning, checking in on individual and couples goals, decision making etc. Everyweek check in, what does this week look like? Don't rub anything out that is 'you' time, 'family' time or 'couple' time, reschedule, rejiggle. This time is just as important as work. Love to hear what you do in your relationship. ⬇️ feel free to share - share this post with your friends too! #coupletime❤️ #lifeadmin #tips #tiptuesday

My Partner and I connect on our commonality to serve. Today I acknowledge his service in Afghanistan and multiple deployments. He was also awarded a medal last year for the leadership role in 2019 with the bushfires. Every year we go to dawn service to honour all those that have served our country including both our grandfathers. Today is a special day - Lest We Forget. #anzacday #lestweforget🌺 #dawnservice
