Individual Counselling

You give everyone your best. When was the last time you gave it to yourself?

You are the person everyone leans on. At work, at home, in your friendship group. You hold things together. You solve problems. You keep going.

But who holds you?

If you are reading this, something is not sitting right. Maybe it is the anxiety that has become your constant companion. Maybe it is the boundaries you cannot seem to set. Maybe it is the feeling that you have been performing a version of yourself for so long that you have forgotten who you actually are.

Individual counselling is not about being broken. It is about being honest with yourself in a space where honesty is safe.

What we work on

Stress, anxiety, and overwhelm that will not let up

Boundaries: learning to say no without guilt

Self-esteem and imposter syndrome

Codependency and people-pleasing patterns

Major life transitions: career changes, separation, retirement, becoming a parent

Burnout and emotional exhaustion

Relationship patterns you keep repeating

Grief and loss

Finding clarity when everything feels foggy

How it works
