Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness to all clients and to support the running of the practice, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Cancellations made with 48 business hours’ notice will incur a 50% session fee
• Cancellations made with 24 business hours’ notice or less will incur a 100% session fee

As a small business with committed overheads, appointment times are reserved specifically for you. Late cancellations or missed appointments make it difficult to offer that time to others in need.

Where possible, I will always do my best to accommodate a rescheduled appointment within the same week. However, if this is not achievable, the above fees will apply.

Appointments & Communication

• You will be contacted via Halaxy with your appointment times and dates; please ensure these are added to your calendar
• If you need to communicate directly with Megan, please contact 0478 832 568
• Please do not reply to the system text number (0483 982 407), as this is not monitored
