Life coaching is a solutions-focused, practical, and empowering process that helps you understand yourself more clearly, build confidence, set boundaries, and take intentional steps toward the life you actually want.
50-minute sessions. In person or online.
Modalities: CBT, ACT, DBT, Solution Focus Therapy, Mindfulness.
