When EAP Counselling May Help

Support when work or life feels difficult to manage alone

You do not have to wait until things feel overwhelming to ask for support. EAP counselling can help when stress, anxiety, burnout, workplace pressure, family concerns, grief, relationship issues, or major life changes are affecting how you feel day to day.

Sessions are confidential and designed to give you space to slow down, talk honestly, understand what is happening, and find practical ways to move forward.

Stress and Burnout

Support when you feel overwhelmed, emotionally stretched, exhausted, or unsure how to manage ongoing pressure.

Workplace Challenges

Help with workplace relationships, communication, confidence, boundaries, change, or difficult conversations.

Personal Wellbeing

Support for grief, anxiety, relationship stress, family pressure, life transitions, and emotional wellbeing.

Who This Is For

For employees who need a confidential place to talk

You can use EAP counselling for work-related concerns, personal challenges, or emotional wellbeing support. You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out.
